CLiPS is proud to welcome Dr. Jurgita Kapočiūtė-Dzikienė, who will be at CLiPS for a two-week research visit.
Dr. Jurgita Kapočiūtė-Dzikienė graduated B. A. degree (informatics) and Certificate (Business and Management) in 2003, M. Sc. degree in 2005 (business informatics) from Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania. Her master thesis “Automatic annotation of Lithuanian text corpora” was awarded by Lithuanian Academy of Sciences for scientific works of higher education students. Later she has been doing research in artificial intelligence field and received her Ph. D degree (thesis “Induction of environment and goal models by and adaptive agent in deterministic environments”) in 2011 from Vytautas Magnus University. From 2011 she works as a lecturer at Vytautas Magnus University and senior research fellow at Baltic Institute of Advanced Technology, Lithuania. Her interests include artificial intelligence and natural language processing technologies.
