The NeSp Scope Labeler takes as input a text and gives as output the text splitted into sentences where the scopes of negation and speculation cues are marked. It is trained to process biomedical texts.
The workshop Negation and Speculation in Natural Language Processing, organised by Roser Morante (CLiPS - University of Anwerp) and Caroline Sporleder (Saarland University), took place in Uppsala, Sweden, on the 10th of July.
